Dealer Term & Conditions
Warranty
Eva2z Electric provides a 1-year warranty on the following parts, where applicable:
Motor
Avoid riding in heavy rain or through deep water. Ensure the scooter is water-resistant. Dry the motor thoroughly if it gets wet. Keep the motor compartment sealed to prevent water damage. Controller
Do not use the scooter in waterlogged areas. Maintain the controller properly and avoid tampering with it. Use a waterproof cover when storing the scooter. Charger
Use only the charger provided by Eva2z Electric. Charge in a cool, ventilated area (10°C–30°C). Unplug the charger once the battery is fully charged. Avoid charging near flammable items. Battery
Follow the specific instructions for the battery type. Charge to 70%–80% for optimal performance. Charge regularly to maintain battery health. Do not modify the battery or charger. Store the battery in waterproof bags and keep it safe.

The warranty does not cover:

Service and Support
Technical Training
Eva2z Electric will provide training for Dealer staff on vehicle parts and technical knowledge.
Marketing Support
Eva2z Electric will assist in creating social media profiles under the Dealer’s company name and provide support for social media advertisements. Note: Advertisement costs will be borne by the Dealer.
Sales Support Eva2z Electric will offer sales training for the Dealer’s team, either online or offline at Eva2z's office in Noida.

Payment Terms
The Dealer must pay 30% of the total invoice upon order confirmation. The remaining 70% is due before vehicle dispatch.
The token amount paid during order placement is non-refundable.

Order and Delivery
Orders will be delivered within 7–10 days, depending on logistics availability, following a proper Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of the vehicles.
Eva2z Electric reserves the right to cancel the order if vehicles are unavailable in inventory.
If there are any price changes before the delivery of the product, the updated prices will apply.
Transportation costs are not covered by Eva2z Electric and must be paid directly by the Dealer to the transporter.
