We have partnered with Gati Courier Service to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Delivery Timeline

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.

Shipping Charges

Flat Shipping Fee: ₹3,500 + GST applies to all deliveries. Block Areas: For remote or block areas, additional charges may apply. Customers will be informed of such changes prior to dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS. You can monitor your shipment’s status using Gati Courier Service’s platform.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver electric scooters across India. If Gati Courier Service determines that your location is not serviceable, they will notify you promptly and discuss alternative delivery options.

Inspection on Delivery

We recommend customers inspect the product upon delivery:
Report any visible damage to the delivery personnel immediately. Gati Logistics will be liable for such issues, and we will assist in resolving them.

Undeliverable Packages

If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or unavailability of the recipient, additional charges for re-shipment may apply.
