Refund & Cancellation Policy for EVA2Z Electric Two Wheeler Rental Service:

  1. Refund Policy If you wish to cancel your rental before the rental period begins, we will provide a full refund of the rental fee. However, if you cancel during the rental period, we will not provide a refund for the remaining rental period.

  2. Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel your rental, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the start of the rental period. If you fail to inform us in time, you will not be eligible for a refund of the rental fee.

  3. Termination Policy We reserve the right to terminate your rental at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we believe that your use of our vehicles is unsafe. In such cases, we will not provide a refund for the remaining rental period.

  4. Refunds Processing Time We will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving your cancellation request. The refunded amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the rental fee payment.

  5. Refund Disputes If you have any dispute regarding the refund amount, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the refund. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within 14 days.

  6. No-Show Policy If you fail to show up for your rental without informing us, you will not be eligible for a refund of the rental fee.

  7. Modification of Refund and Cancellation Policy We reserve the right to modify our Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website.
